- Accept responsibility for all activities under your account
- Notify us immediately of any unauthorized use

- You will clearly disclose AI-generated content where required by law
Content credentials are permanent and cannot be revoked once created. We are not responsible for verifying the accuracy of your claims about content ownership or creation.
6. Platform Linking
When you link third-party accounts, you authorize us to access your profile information to verify ownership. You are responsible for maintaining access to linked accounts. We are not responsible for any issues arising from third-party services.
7. Verification Levels
We provide various verification levels to indicate identity confidence. These levels are based on the verification steps completed and do not constitute a guarantee of identity. Users and third parties rely on verification levels at their own risk.
8. API Usage
Our verification API is available for integration. By using the API, you agree to:
- Use the API only for legitimate verification purposes
- Not abuse or overload our systems
- Maintain the confidentiality of your API key
- Comply with any rate limits we impose
9. Intellectual Property
The Service and its original content, features, and functionality are owned by xcr.sh Ltd and are protected by international copyright, trademark, and other intellectual property laws.
Your content remains yours. By using the Service, you grant us a non-exclusive license to store and process content hashes and signatures as necessary to provide the Service.
10. Limitation of Liability
TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, XCR.SH LTD SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES, OR ANY LOSS OF PROFITS OR REVENUES, WHETHER INCURRED DIRECTLY OR INDIRECTLY, OR ANY LOSS OF DATA, USE, GOODWILL, OR OTHER INTANGIBLE LOSSES.

THE SERVICE IS PROVIDED "AS IS" AND "AS AVAILABLE" WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND, EITHER EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, INCLUDING BUT NOT LIMITED TO IMPLIED WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, AND NON-INFRINGEMENT.
12. Indemnification
You agree to indemnify and hold harmless xcr.sh Ltd and its officers, directors, employees, and agents from any claims, damages, losses, or expenses arising from your use of the Service or violation of these terms.
